-Dues of $60 are paid to the team each semester. These dues cover the use of our facilities and our equipment. Along with the semester dues, members must pay for their own apparel and to go on regattas.

What does being a club sport mean?

-Being a club team, practice attendance is not mandatory. It basically comes down to: You get out of the sport what you put in. The more time you put in the better you will be. The commitment you put into the sport is completely up to you.

Where are regattas typically held?

-The team travels all over the Midwest with regattas in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska and Wisconsin. SCSU Rowing also hosts their own regatta in the spring at Wilson Park.

Where does the team practice?

-During the fall, the team practices just upriver of the 10th Street bridge located near the heating plant. Over the winter, practices typically take place in Halenbeck Hall. The spring practices take place at Wilson park, which is located a few miles upriver from the campus directly across from the St. Cloud Hospital.
